Our home is led by a Registered Nurse and staffed by a skilled, compassionate mix of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Developmental Support Workers (DSWs) — trained professionals who love what they do.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Our RN leads clinical oversight, care planning, and medication management with years of specialized experience. Every guest's care plan is reviewed and overseen by our RN throughout their stay.
Personal Support Workers (PSWs)
PSWs provide hands-on daily care including personal hygiene support, mobility assistance, and compassionate companionship. They are trained to support adults with a range of needs with dignity and patience.
Developmental Support Workers (DSWs)
DSWs focus on enrichment, engagement, skill-building, and meaningful activities tailored to each guest. They bring creativity, enthusiasm, and specialized training in developmental support.
